Check Heaters & Furnaces Now

If you haven’t done so already, now is the time to have your furnace and  roof inspected.  The cold weather is rapidly approaching and there is nothing worse than an upset tenant who has no heat or a leaky roof.  The biggest issue in putting off these very important inspections is that you may have trouble getting a service person to come out  when the cold weather or heavy rain comes because everyone else is calling at the same time! Even the most reliable vendors  can get so backlogged that it can be a week before they can come out a take care of your immediate crisis.  I have found that doing roof  and furnace inspections well ahead of the winter season is well worth the effort!  Putting your tenants up in a motel can be very expensive if your property is temporarily uninhabitable.
