Nancy Puder, owner and broker of Signature Properties, has been selling and managing real estate on the Central Coast since 1978. Nancy began her real estate career in Santa Barbara, California, with a national real estate firm. For the next five years,  recognition and top awards throughout the company. In late 1982, Nancy moved to Santa Maria and worked for three more national real estate firms, and received their highest awards year after year. Finally, in 1996, Nancy moved to the Pismo Beach area and joined a local real estate company with a small property management department. Within two years she had built the department and was managing close to 200 units, receiving many referrals from satisfied clients. In July 2001, Signature Properties was born. Because of the trust and respect she had developed with her clients, most of them followed her to the new company. Since then, Signature Properties has grown at a phenomenal rate, offering full-service property management and real estate listing, and sales services for both residential and commercial properties.
